Yorke Peninsula - on the hunt for the best beach camping spots : Overlanding Australia Ep 13

On the hunt for Yorke Peninsula's BEST [budget] BEACH camping spots- there are TOO MANY to chose from.

In this episode we continue to explore the Yorke Peninsula and its many beautiful beaches. We bought the council bush camping permit (weekly) which for only $50 gives you access on a first come first serve basis to a number of beautiful campsites around the peninsula. With it being a windy it allows you the flexibility to head to the west, east or south.

We start this episode getting BOGGED when Justin was too lazy to do a 3 point turn and took the beach route (not beetroot) back. After a number of attempts and finally airing down we made it off and found an amazing camp spot at Mozzie flat- (it had the much needed 4G to allow me to watch my cousins wedding back home).

Our favourite spots was Gleesons landing which a number of sites on offer, and a great sunset opportunity.

We also visited the Yorkes PINK LAKE, which was much more vibrant than other pink lakes we have seen and worth a detour.
