Crashing Stock, Dilution & CEO Selling, is UEX Still Worth Holding?
UEX Corporation is a uranium exploration and development company, which holds interest in over 30 uranium projects in the Athabasca Basin in Canada.
UEX has 5 Development-Ready Projects, 3 Resource-Level Projects, 4 Mid-Stage Projects, and 18 Grassroots Projects.
UEX hopes to become a uranium producer one day during this cycle, but they do have a few challenges to deal with, like a crashing stock which makes raising money an even more difficult job, it increases the risk of dilution for potential investors, and it gives the company a bad taste in investors' mouths.
To add to that, the CEO hasn't invested much of his own money into this company, and has been on a heavy selling spree in the last few months.
2021 was not a very active year for the company, but Roger Lemaitre, UEX CEO, promises 2022 will be a much more active year.
There were many questions that I wanted to ask Roger, and a few of them made it into this clip.

Although I greatly appreciate your presence here, you shouldn't appreciate mine and you shouldn't put any importance on what I have to say, what I do nor what I think. I'm an inexperienced 26-year-old who has a high risk appetite who has lost a lot of money and is still learning how to stop. I, and/or the guest, Roger Lemaitre, UEX CEO, might own or have interest in some and/or all of the companies mentioned herein and claim that this video is not meant to manipulate the share prices of those companies. Please consider both of us biased and don't put any importance on our opinions.
