10 Exercise UPPER BODY at Home Workout // No Equipment | Scott Mathison

Hey what's up guys! Here is an awesome upper body workout using just your bodyweight that will destroy your chest, shoulders, and triceps! You don't need any equipment so you can do this workout at home or anywhere. And yes you will make gains using just your bodyweight! I will be posting more workouts each week, so subscribe for more! I wrote the workout below. Perform each exercise one after the other as a circuit, and repeat this circuit 2 to 3 times.

Workout:

Pike Push-Up
20 reps | 60 sec rest

Decline Push-Up
20 reps | 60 sec rest

Hindu Push-Up
15 reps | 60 sec rest

Archer Push-Up
20 reps | 60 sec rest

Wide Push-Up
20 reps | 60 sec rest

Push-Up
20 reps | 60 sec rest

Cross Arm Push-Up
10 reps | 60 sec rest

Pike Skull Crusher
15 reps | 60 sec rest

Tiger Bend Push-Up
15 reps | 60 sec rest

Diamond Push-Up
15 reps | 60 sec rest
