Rotating Head - Downfeed Angle Adjustment for Gingery Shaper

The Gingery Shaper includes a rotating head so that angled cuts can be performed at a precise angle. In this video, I cast it on an arbor, machine it on the the arbor, and mount the slide ways. Next up is the downfeed.
