Shrimp Rose Pasta | easy dairy-free creamy one pan recipe

Today we're making One Pan Shrimp Rose Pasta - which is really just a pretty name for pasta in a creamy tomato-based sauce.

My version is dairy-free but loses none of the creaminess, and is extra spicy cus that's just the way I like it.

For 2 servings

ingredients:

- Pasta for 2
- 6 Shrimps (add more if you love da prawnzz)
- Shrimp Marinade:
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- 1 tsp Chili Flakes
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp Butter (omit for a completely dairy- and lactose- free dish)
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Chopped Garlic
- Bird's Eye Chilis or Chili Padi (if you don't like the spicy or want to make this kid-friendly take it out)
- One 400 grams Canned Tomato
- A handful of Spinach
- 100ml Coconut Milk
- Seasonings to taste: Salt, Pepper, Sugar
