Portable AC clean drain pan SNO ARC 14C

Cleaning the crud out of a 2007 SNO model ARC 14C Portable AC unit. The float switch has two functions. The first water level runs the internal pump that places water of the condensor coil to boost the efficiency. The 2nd water level on the float is a fail safe to shut the unit off in case the pump fails or cannot keep up with the water that is condensed.

This unit was rated as 14,000 BTUH with a EER =12.7 in 2007. Cost 600 dollars. The actual practical BTUH is my guess about 10,000 since the 2007 year number did not consider the make up air's heat.
