Das neue Form-System 510 besticht durch einen wirtschaftlichen Prozess: Das Füllgut wird von einem Vakuumfüller VF 600 dem Füllstromteiler zugeführt. Das Trennen erfolgt direkt am Auslauf wahlweise mit Draht oder Messer, unterbrechungsfrei linear mit der Produktgeschwindigkeit. Die gewünschte Produktform wird mit Formatteilen am Auslass erzeugt. Zugleich bewirkt das schonende Verfahren eine erstklassige Produktqualität. Die länglichen, formstabilen und hüllenlosen Produkte werden über ein Transportband abgeführt und an nachfolgende Systeme zur Weiterverarbeitung übergeben. Die Vorteile sind hohe Produktivität mit bis zu 250 Schnitten pro Minute und signifikante Kostenreduzierung durch höchste Portioniergenauigkeit und geringen Give-away.
The impressive feature of this new 510 forming system is the economical process. The filling material is fed to the filling flow divider by a VF 600 vacuum filler. Separating is performed directly at the outlet, either with a wire or a blade; it is uninterrupted and linear to the product speed. The desired product shape is created using mould components positioned at the outlet. The gentle process also results in first-class product quality. The long, dimensionally stable, skinless products are transported on a conveyor belt and transferred to downstream systems for further processing. The advantage is high productivity with up to 250 cuts per minute and modifying the cutting speed in line with the product creates a first-class product appearance.
