Peach & oreo no bake cheesecake - Cheeky Crumbs

INGREDIENTS:
FOR THE BASE:
17 oreo biscuits
65g butter

FOR THE CHEESECAKE FILLING:
150g tinned peaches
60ml peach juice (from the tin)
6g gelatin sheets
40ml water
160g cream cheese
180ml whipping cream
40g sugar

FOR THE DECORATION:
300g tinned peaches
150ml peach juice (from the tin)
20g sugar
4g gelatin sheets
