Oak Mountain High School Band - The 2022 Halftime Show

The Oak Mountain High School "Spirit of Cahaba" Marching Band took to the skies during the 2022 Marching Season with their production of "Flight - Music That Soars"! This show featured selections from Forrest Gump, Star Trek, ET, Harry Potter, Peter Pan, Mary Poppins, the great American Spiritual "I'll Fly Away", Man of Steel and the Anthem from Top Gun.

The Band earned all Superior Ratings in all Captions at three competitions this season including the Trussville Invitational, the Tennessee Valley Marching Festival and earned Best in Class and Grand Champion at the Mud Creek Marching Festival.

This video showcases the final performance of the 2022 Marching Season for the OMHS Band at the Mud Creek Marching Festival in Hanceville, AL on October 22, 2022. All 231 passengers onboard arrived safely and experienced a wonderful journey throughout the 2022 Marching Season. Kudos to the big band machine that made all this work one more time!
