Private Equity Trust (ASX: PE1): Made two new investments in pharmaceutical & hospitality sectors

Private Equity Trust (ASX: PE1) has made two new investments in the pharmaceutical and hospitality sectors.

The portfolio remains heavily diversified across private equity investments, with strong exposure to North America, industrials, information technology, and financial sectors.

During the month, PE1 added two new investments to the portfolio:

🔹 A co-investment in STADA Arzneimittel AG, one of Europe’s largest consumer healthcare and generics company operating in a resilient growth market.
🔹 A first lien term loan in PRISM, a global hospitality and software company operating hotels, vacation homes, and the Motel 6 brand through an asset-light business model.
