Six Pack Abs and Core Bar Workout Body Weight 6 Exercises Calisthenics Outdoor Training Dragon Flag Windshield Wiper Front Lever Raises
This video shows 6 great bar body weight exercises for one's abdominals and core. Some of the exercises are shown in easy to harder progression. Included are intermediate and advanced exercises - like windshield wipers, front lever raises, and dragon flags.
Don't do each phase of the easy to harder part per workout. Those are shown for progression purposes. Basic recommendations are 3 sets of 8-12 repetitions with 45-60 seconds of rest between sets. A harder version is 3 circuits of 12-15 repetitions with under 10 second rest between the 5-6 exercises, followed by a 2 minute break and repeated.

Six Pack Abs Note:
If one is trying to get a six pack, nutrition/diet is key and should be prioritized above exercise. Body fat location and percentage are major factors in a six pack.
