Farage 'has been spectacular all along' over Brexit 'vision'
Liberal Party Vice President Teena McQueen says she will miss the "fight" around the Brexit discussion as Britain prepares to leave the European Union in the coming days.
It comes as Brexit Party leader Nigel Farage had declared the UK is "never coming back" to the European Union after European Parliament gave its final approval to the Brexit deal over three-and-a-half years after Britons voted to leave.
Britain's Ambassador to the European Union, Tim Barrow handed over the final Brexit documents in Brussels this morning.
The deal was passed 621 votes to 49 paving the way for the UK to leave the bloc by the January 31 deadline.
"Good on Nigel Farage ... he’s been spectacular, he’s written this all along ," Ms McQueen said.
"But I’m kind of going to miss the fight".
