Hagrid’s Sausages | Homemade Sausages Recipe | My Harry Potter Kitchen (Ep. 17)

This week we've got another recipe made famous by Hagrid in the Philosopher's Stone! Homemade sausages that he cooked over an open fire in the Dursley's cabin! These sausages are filled with herbs and spices so whether you're cooking them on a BBQ or frying sausages in a pan they're bound to go down a treat!

Ingredients:
For the sponge:
- 500g pork mince
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- rusk or breadcrumbs (optional)
- sausage skins
- oil for frying
