Harry Potter MERINGUE KISSES Recipe | My Harry Potter Kitchen (Ep. 46)

The Great Hall feast is coming to a close but we've still got room for a few more treats! This week we're creating melt-in-the-mouth Meringue Kisses recipe piped in our iconic lightning bolt shapes and coloured to match the four Hogwarts Houses!
In this week's video I'll take you through the main differences between French, Italian and Swiss meringues and then show you how to make the perfect meringue kisses with Italian Meringue that can be used for desserts or cake decorations!

Harry Potter Great Hall Feast - Harry Potter Meringue Kisses Ingredients:
- 4 egg whites
- 250g sugar
- 75ml water
- 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- red, blue orange and green food colouring
