Most claim it takes up to 12 hours to dehydrate but we sliced thin, blanched and we were done in 7 hrs.
We enjoy dehydrating our veggies to have on hand for soups and stews but we have other idea's for our dehydrated Turnip. Long term storage or short term.. Turnips are so wonderful to have dehydrated ready for use. Dehyrated thin? they make amazing sweet crispy chips. The kids will LOVE them.
