Side Dumbbell Lateral Raise
7 sets: 15-20 reps
*set 6: alternating reps
*set 7: heavy half reps

Incline Side Dumbbell Lateral Raise
3 sets: 10-12 reps

Wide-grip Upright Row
3 sets: 12-15 reps

Rear Delt Dumbbell Flyes
3 sets: 15-20 reps

Face-pulls (rope)
3 sets: 15-20 reps
*last set add dropset

Reverse Pec Deck
3 sets: 12-15 reps
*last set add dropset

Cable Front Raises
3 sets: 12-15 reps

Shoulder Press Machine
3 warm-ups
4 working sets: 10 reps
*last set add 2 dropsets
