Guacamole and Pico De Gallo recipe that goes good on EVERYTHING

Pico de Gallo- 6 servings
Ingredients:
-6 roma tomatoes, diced (or 2 cups favorite tomatoes)
-1/2 white or red onion, diced
-1 jalapeno, diced
-1 tsp garlic, minced
-2/3 cup fresh cilantro, diced
-2 limes, juiced
-1 tsp salt
-1 tsp cayanne pepper and chili pepper flakes to taste (black pepper for mild)
Options to dress it up: bell pepper, mango, paprika, cucumber, etc.
Instructions:
1. In a medium bowl, add diced tomato, onion, jalapeño, garlic, and cilantro.
2. Stir in lime juice, salt, and peppers. Cover and refrigerate for an hour before serving or overnight for best taste.
Guacamole-6 servings
Ingredients:
-3 medium ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
-1.5 cup of pico de gallo if already made
Otherwise,
-1 roma tomato, diced
-1/4 white or red onion, diced
-1 jalapeno, diced
-1 tsp garlic, minced
-2 limes, juiced
-1/3 cup fresh cilantro, diced
-1 tsp salt
-1/4 tsp cumin
-1 tsp cayanne pepper and chili pepper flakes to taste (black pepper for mild)
Options to dress it up: hemp seeds (protein!)
Instructions:
1. In a medium bowl, mash the avocados. You can finish here if you mix in 1.5 cup of the pico de gallo. Otherwise, add in the diced tomato, onion, jalapeno, and cilantro.
2. Stir in the lime juice, salt, cumin, and peppers. Serve up immediately or cover to store in the refrigerator. Will brown after 3 days.
