- 30 mins drive from Butuan City
- The Beach resort is just beside the road of Agusan National Highway of this Municipality
- Good for vacation, picnic, swimming, birthdays, friends trip, etc.
- Free lifejacket, parking spaces, life safer, table, bench, mini swimming pool beside the cottage so its safe for the little Children.
- Available space for cooking grills.
- You can bring many foods with you.
