Maker Faire 2020: Introduction to DIY Foldable Coroplast Boat

'Virtually Maker Faire 2020': DIY info to build a simple but fun foldable boat. It can be built in less than 6 hours, i.e.
- 2 hours: to created all the fold lines and form the boat
- 1 hour: to fused the side walls and make the gunwale (described in other boat building video in this channel)
- 1 hour: to cut the foam and make the floor
- 1 hour: to make two seats/foam block
- 1 hour: Misc, such as drill a few holes.

Cost (for 2-seater boat, Kayak 'll be under $100, w/o foam and replacing the 4 mm coroplast with a 2.5' x 3' 1/4" plywood)
$63 5' x 10' 6 mm coroplast sheet
$23 4 mm 4' x 8' coroplast sheet
$24 1.5" x 4' x 8' Close cell/pink insulation foam
$8 Gunwale/lattice fence cap (other videos in this channel showed how to mount that)
$4 screws
$8 glue (may not need this)
$5 rope or bungee cord
$2 zip ties
