How to make Lumpiang Shanghai ala Jollibee

Lumpiang Shanghai - is a Filipino deep-fried appetizer consisting of a mixture of giniling wrapped in a thin egg crepe. Lumpiang Shanghai is regarded as the most basic type of lumpia in Filipino cuisine, and it is usually smaller and thinner than other lumpia variants.

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 pcs egg
- 12 pcs lumpia wrapper
- 6 cloves garlic
- 2 carrots
- 1 onion
- onion leeks
- 250 grams ground pork
- salt and pepper
- soysauce
- garlic powder
- cooking oil
