1 tablespoon Sesame oil 1汤匙 麻油
1 teaspoon Corn flour 1茶匙 玉米粉
2 Garlic, sliced 2粒 蒜头, 切片
¼ Carrot ¼条 红萝卜
3 Sea cucumber 3条 海参
200g Broccoli 200克 西兰花
Seasonings 调味料 :
1 teaspoon Oyster sauce 1茶匙 蚝油
1 teaspoon Potato flour 1茶匙 马铃薯粉
¼ teaspoon Pepper ¼茶匙 胡椒粉
¼ teaspoon Sugar ¼茶匙 糖

2) 仁当鸡 Rendang Chicken
Ingredients 配料 :
1kg Chicken 1公斤 鸡
2 Lemongrass
1 Cinnamon 1条 桂皮
5 Clove 5粒 丁香
1 Star Anise 1粒 八角
1 teaspoon Salt 1茶匙 盐
15g Gula Melaka 15克 椰糖
375ml Coconut cream 375毫升 椰浆
150g Grated coconut 150克 椰丝
Chilli Paste 辣椒酱 :
60g Dried Chilli (Blanched with hot water) 60克 辣椒干 (热水川烫)
100g Shallot 100克 小葱头
60g Garlic 60克 蒜头
80g Ginger 80克 姜
20g Turmeric 20克 黄姜
20g Galangal 20克 蓝姜
15g Candle nuts 15克 答角六
