It is Autumn season now and it is time to eat chestnuts. It is a great combination to put chicken and chestnuts together, they suit very well. What a wonderful joy to cook this recipe and share with the whole family :)

🐤Ingredients:
10 chicken drums
250g chestnut
7-8 dried mushrooms
5 slices of ginger
1 green onion
6-7 garlic cloves
- sauce:
2 Tbs of cooking wine
5 Tbs of soy sauce
1 Tbs of dark soy sauce
1 Tbs of sugar
