Sleep 6-7 hr
Wakeup 5 am
Study 11 + hr (Fridays less)
Sports- Competitive Swimmer , recreational Runner (1km run streak since Jan 2019)
Music- Learning Ukelele, keyboard and recorder
Watching- House MD

Suggestion- Try Meditation/mindfulness

How to study 12+ hours- Start small and gradually build up time, its all about showing up everyday
Why did I start streaming- Intially to make me study during Covid, but soon realised that I can help others :)
