🤗 Hi friends, I am Naushad, I am 2nd year Caribbean Med Student studying to take the United States Medical Licensure Exam (USMLE) Step 1. Don't have a fixed exam date yet... After this I will be doing my 3rd and 4th year of Med School in USA , which is Clinical Rotations.. :)
Right now I am streaming from Nagpur, India.... back here at home prepping for the exam !

📚 How we study?
We study for 60 minutes and then take a 10 min break, and then repeat the same... we do about 10 sessions everyday (Sundays off), also I may take breakfast, lunch, dinner , power nap breaks (will mention on screen when going for these ).

🙆 Breaks
1st or 2nd break: Meditation Break 🧘
Also I try and do something physical in break- pushups/walk/ stretch/ stretch cord exercise, maybe a lot of talking haha 🤸
Plus we play a game called Scribble in one of the breaks 👾
