"Something's Gotta Give," written in 1954 by Johnny Mercer for the 1955 musical comedy film Daddy Long Legs and nominated for an Academy Award for Best Music, Original Song, was recorded by Frank Sinatra at Capitol Records in Hollywood, California on December 9, 1958 for his LP Come Dance with Me! released in 1959. The album won Grammy Awards for Album of the Year, Best Vocal Performance, Male, and Best Arrangement for Billy May in 1960. It is available on CD on Capitol.
