Heavy Bag Workout | 10 Minute Follow Along Boxing Workout
In this video I guide you through a 10 minute heavy punching bag workout! This follow along boxing workout is great for beginners or anyone trying to burn some calories in a fun and therapeutic way.
We do 8 rounds. Each round is 1 minute long and we get a 20 second break in between. Feel free to play around with the time if its too much take a longer break or if it's too easy make the round longer. You can always make a short workout hard if you really push yourself. This boxing workout is great if you are rushed and done have much time to exercises just put on your gloves and hit your heavy bag. This can be done at a gym or at home! This is a fun workout but make sure to practice good form! KEEP THOSE HANDS UP.
8 Rounds Total
Round 1: Warm Up (Easy, Light Punches)
Round 2: Only Jabs (Keep your rear hand up)
Round 3: Only Crosses (Keep your lead hand up)
Round 4: Combo 1-2-3H-3B (POWER, keep your hands up)
Round 5: 4 Short Hooks (alternate hands left right left right)
Round 6: 1-2 On My "GO" (stay near the punching bag and be quick)
Round 7: 2-4-6-8-10 (Straight punches/ Push yourself)
Round 8: Non-stop Punches (Cool down, Easy, Light)
