How To Build Your Physique | WHAT TO DO BEFORE YOU START TRAINING!!!
So you want to have a nice body and develop a strong physique? Then before you get into the gym and buy various supplements, you need to do one thing first: set your context.
We here a lot today on knowing your 'why.' Why get up? Why fight through the pain? Why push yourself beyond your limits. This 'why' is a result of the context you set for yourself, and the intention that you have for you life.
Before anyone lifts a single weight, they should have a deep understanding of the context/intention behind their training. When you train as a Yogi, you're training with the cognition that you are the Divine itself. Your body is just a temple for your consciousness to reside, it is the space for you to achieve your fullest potential, which is limitless.
When we train with the right context, not only does it help us fight through the agony of a difficult workout, but it's also what will lead us towards awakening the super-human being within. Training with the right context is your greatest weapon against the thoughts that tell you to stop. Being integrated to your context, your intention is the secret to allowing the super-human, the Yogi within you to flower.
