Antique French Picture Frame clock striking

This is a antique french picture frame clock. It is a spring driven wall clock that repeats the hourly strike a few minutes after the hour.
This is part of the history of this type of clock. These clocks were typically used in the rural agricultural and industrial areas of France. Labors out in the fields or at work would miss the count for the first sequence of the hourly strike. To solve this, clockmakers added this feature of a re-strike to allow them to hear the hour count. The first strike was used as a warning to listen. By the second sequence they were ready to count the number of hours. I thought that this clock was very uncommon . All the Morbier's I know are weight driven with a long, large pendulum and without a case.
* 8 day time and strike with 2 minute repeat, Morbier style movement
* circa 1900
* glass dial
* dial surround veneered with mother of pearl and brass inlays
* wooden case with enameled frame
