The Great Debate Moyer vs Diamond

The good citizens of the 102nd district in Lebanon County deserve a representative who has integrity and leads by example. My interest in serving as State Representative stems from a career of public service in healthcare. I feel strongly that we must have elected officials who continue to be the people’s voice. As a wife, mother, and a lifelong conservative, I have the necessary skills and values to bring integrity to the office of State Representative of the 102nd district.
As a conservative school board director, I know how to be a good steward of taxpayer money for our district. I will continue that as State Representative. Being a school board director does not have any pay or benefits. I have only been paid once for mileage to a professional conference in the Poconos. As State Representative, I pledge to not take any per diems, the 401k plan, will refuse annual cost of living adjustments (COLA) and will not use a taxpayer funded car. I pledge to not filter campaign funds through a sole proprietorship LLC or any other media/production company to personally pay myself during my campaign.
A Spotlight PA article on May 13, 2021 showed that our current representative takes mileage that he under reported on his website. He also collected per diems but did not have that on his website at all that time. Mr. Diamond has co-sponsored a bill in the past to eliminate the COLA, and yet now defends taking the COLA. He says one thing and does another. All this while his salary is now over $100,000. Mr. Diamond broke into politics opposing the midnight pay raise in 2005, but sadly has now become part of the Harrisburg club. He went from opposing the perks to embracing them.
As our economy gets worse, our legislators need to lead by example and be good stewards of taxpayer dollars. We can restore integrity back to the 102nd district. I am committed to helping make that happen.
