紹興酒一百毫升 100ml Xiaoshing wine/Dry sherry
冰糖四十克 40g rock sugar
紅蔥頭八十克 80g shallots
薑片三十克 30g ginger
麻油兩克 2g sesame oil
肉桂一條 1 cinnamon
草果一個 1 tsaoko
八角三粒 3 star anise
