2- 5x Kettlebell Posterior Chain Complex
3- 5x Half Snatch

60 seconds break after every round

Finisher: 4 Sets of 10 HS Swing

WEIGHTS
Beginners: 2x8 kg (F) - 2x12 kg (M)
Intermediate: 2x12 kg (F) - 2x16 kg (M)
