Learning After a Stroke - My Mom's Inspirational Story

Back in 2018, I woke up in the morning in Portugal with a text message from my mom asking me to pray for her. This was unusual as my mom always asked me to pray for everyone else but herself, well it turned out my mom had suffered a stroke the day before.

The beautiful thing about the brain is that even after a billion neurons have died after a stroke, they can be retrained and rewired and can even be stronger than they were before suffering from a stroke.

I share this video with you to inspire you to believe that no matter where you start at, you have no idea how far you can go until you really apply yourself and do the training! I hope my mom can be an inspiration to you and the people you love to really go after your goals and really achieve that championship status!
