Recipe
2 cups coffee
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp gelatin powder
Whipped cream

Boil 2 cups water on the saucepan, take 2 tbsp warm water and add to gelatin powder
Add instant coffee and sugar
(if using brewed coffee, just add sugar in this step)
Take off heat and add the bloomed gelatin
Pour into cups and refrigerate
Whip cream and top the cups off with mint sprig
