Ingredients

1 cup mixed sprouts (black chickpeas and moong Dal)
½ onion, finely chopped
½ cucumber, finely chopped
1-2 green chilies, finely chopped (adjust to taste)

For the Dressing:

½ cup yogurt
½ teaspoon salt (or to taste)
¼ teaspoon black pepper (or to taste)
¼ teaspoon mixed seasoning

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the mixed sprouts, chopped onion, chopped cucumber, and green chilies.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, salt, black pepper, and mixed seasoning until smooth.
Pour the prepared dressing over the salad ingredients.
