Weight-Loss Focused Mixed Pancake .

Ingredients:

1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 medium tomato, diced
2-3 spring onions, finely chopped
2 tablespoons gram flour (besan)
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder to taste
1 tablespoon mixed seeds (pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, etc.)
1 tablespoon ghee
Yogurt (curd)
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon nigella seeds (kalonji)
Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine the sliced onion, diced tomato, and chopped spring onions.
Add salt, black pepper powder, and mixed seeds, and mix well.
Now, add the gram flour (besan) and mix all the ingredients thoroughly. If the mixture seems too dry, add a little water.
Heat a griddle (tawa) and add a little ghee.
Spread the gram flour mixture onto the griddle in pancake or round shapes.
Cook on medium heat until golden brown on both sides.
In a separate bowl, mix the yogurt (curd) with oregano and nigella seeds (kalonji).
Serve the gram flour pancakes hot with the seasoned yogurt.
