2 Bunch asparagus
5 quarts water with 1/2 cup salt for blanched asparagus
2 TBSP olive oil + 3/4 TBSP butter, 2 garlic cloves, squezze of lemon for sauteed asparagus
Olive oil + salt and pepper for grilled asparagus
