Do you remember when we had proper winters in Scotland? Going through some old footage and photos recently, I came across this winter adventure from 2014.
Conditions on the Forcan Ridge were perfect and at one point we had to sit astride it 'a cheval'. It was that narrow.
We spent around two hours digging the snowhole which provided a very comfortable shelter on what was a pretty windy night. Nick's breakfast concoction went down very well but as you can hear, there was some doubt as to whether we would get out of the snowhole after eating it 😂

Fingers crossed for a good winter this year 🤞
