Our Winter In The Dolomites continues with a ski tour from Armentarola in Alta Badia. Climbing through the forest, I eventually emerge on to the open mountainside where I take a break before the final climb to Pralongia for a well-deserved lunch. Rested and re-fueled, it's time to change to down hill mode and enjoy the descent on the quiet piste to Armentarola. No lift pass required!
