Join us for our landlord walkthrough and inspection following the end of our squatter eviction process. In this walkthrough we assess damage from years of our heavy smoking tenant who died in the unit and our months-long squatter eviction process that delayed our inspection/damage assessment, rental unit cleaning and renovation. Our walkthrough revealed piles of trash and personal belongings that we needed to clean-out before we could deep clean and renovate.
