Reverse Seared Tomahawk Ribeye on the Big Green Egg

This was a cook I have wanted to do for sometime now. The tomahawk ribeye is just a ribeye that still have the full bone intact. So you cook it just like you normally would cook a ribeye. This turned out great on the Big Green Egg.

Ingredients:

Tomahawk Ribeye
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Beef Powder

Butter
Garlic
Thyme
