North Central College | New Health Sciences & Engineering Academic Facility

Bulley & Andrews provided construction management services on this new, 40,000 sq. ft. academic facility. Home to the Engineering Manufacturing Process Lab, Masters of Occupational Therapy and anticipated Masters of Science in Physician Assistant and Doctorate of Physical Therapy programs, the building supports a wide array of functionality such as:

-One engineering manufacturing processes lab
-Seven classrooms
-25 facility/staff offices
-One dedicated inter-professional education space
-One shared clinical research space
-Five open-lounge spaces (included kitchenettes)
-Two shared simulation spaces
-One intensive care unity simulation space
-10 clinical exam rooms
-Seven group study lounges and conference rooms
