🐇 THỎ CHÁY TIÊU (SAUTEED RABBIT WITH PEPPER): Defur the rabbit and then chop the meat into small pieces. Prepare a hot pan with cooking oil. Add garlic, rabbit, sugar, oyster sauce, sesame seed oil, pepper, onion and five-spice powder. Stir-fry for 5 minutes. Add soy sauce and scallion and stir until ready. Garnish with cilantro and ground pepper.
🐇 TAI THỎ CHIÊN MẮM (DEEP FRIED RABBIT EARS WITH FISH SAUCE): Cut and tenderize the ears. Add the ears to a hot pan and fry for 5 minutes. Dip the ears in a bowl of fish sauce, sugar, and chillies. Serve.
🐇 TIẾT CANH (RABBIT FRESH BLOOD PUDDING): Mince the combination of heart, liver, kidney, and tongue. Add fresh herbs, the rabbit broth and rabbit's blood. Garnish with peanuts, fried shallots and cilantro.
