How to make the viral TikTok baked feta pasta recipe made by roasting on the stovetop a block of feta cheese with cherry tomatoes. No oven needed.

🍅 Viral TikTok BAKED FETA PASTA 🍅

Ingredients for 2 servings:
🍅 250 g (8 oz) Italian pasta  
🍅 400 g (14 oz) cherry tomatoes
🍅 200 g (7 oz) feta cheese
🍅 100 g (3.5 oz) baby spinach, fresh (or basil)
🍅 4-5 cloves of garlic
🍅 1 tsp salt
🍅 1 tsp black pepper
🍅 1 tbsp. dried oregano (or basil)  
🍅 2 tbsp. olive oil

Instructions:
1️⃣ Boil the pasta.
2️⃣ Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
3️⃣ Distribute the cherry tomatoes in the pan. Make a gap in the centre. Place the cheese in the centre.
4️⃣ Season with salt, pepper and dried oregano.
5️⃣ Add crushed garlic when the tomatoes are completely soft. Fry the garlic for 30 seconds.
6️⃣ Mash tomatoes, garlic and cheese with a spatula.
7️⃣ Add fresh spinach and fry for 1 minute. Turn off the stove and add the pasta. Mix everything.
