Baked Feta Cheese Pasta | Tik Tok Recipe

Today we're making the Tik Tok Baked Feta Pasta. I wanted to see just how good this recipe is. This dish started in Finland and it's allegedly the reason grocery stores in Finland ran out of feta cheese.

Ingredients:
1) 2 pints (~900g) cherry tomatoes
2) 6 tbsp olive oil
3) 8-10 cloves garlic
4) 1/2 tbsp black pepper, 1/2 tbsp salt, 1/2 tbsp oregano
5) 8oz (~227g) feta cheese)
6) ~150g pasta
7) (optional) 1/2 tbsp chilli flakes, basil, parsley

Instructions:
1) Preheat oven 400F (204C)
2) Place cherry tomatoes and chopped garlic in a baking tray
3) Add olive oil, black peper, salt, oregano, (optional chili flakes) and mix
4) Add Feta cheese in the center and add a little more olive oil and seasoning on top
5) Bake in the oven for 25 minutes, then broil for 5 minutes for a total of 30 minutes in the oven
6) While pasta is in the oven cook your pasta.
7) Take baking tray out of the oven and mash tomato and feta cheese
8) Mix in your pasta. (optional: add some fresh herbs before serving)
