Ukraine Invasion: Biggest movement of refugees in Europe since WWII

UN officials are worried about the increasing numbers of people trying to escape the conflict.

The UN's refugee agency says more than 1.7 million people have now fled Ukraine, with Poland alone accepting more than a million refugees.
