Creamy Omelette on Rice with Crab Stick and Bologna Recipe
Ingredient
60 g crab sticks, cut into long strips
Bologna sausage 30 g.
2 eggs
1 tbsp unsalted milk
20 g salted butter
200 grams of steamed rice
30 g grated cheese
a pinch of salt
a little ground pepper
A little chopped parsley, for garnish

Method
1. Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl.
2. Add in unsalted milk, salt and ground pepper.
3. Use a fork to beat the eggs and ingredients together.
4. Put the pan on the stove using medium heat.
5. Add butter and wait for the butter to melt.
6. Put the bologna and crab sticks into the pan and slowly stir until the crab sticks and bologna are hot.
7. Pour in the egg mixture into it. Slowly stir until the eggs have set.
8. Sprinkle with grated cheese and wait for the cheese to melt and the egg to cook as you like.
8.Put the cooked rice on a plate and place the creamy omelette on top of the cooked rice.
9.Garnish with parley is done.

สูตรข้าวไข่ข้นปูอัดโบโลน่า
ส่วนผสม
ปูอัด 60 กรัม หั่นเป็นเส้นยาว
ไส้กรอกโบโลน่า 30 กรัม
ไข่ไก่ 2 ฟอง
นมจืด 1 ช้อนโต๊ะ
เนยเค็ม 20 กรัม
ข้าวสวย 200 กรัม
ชีสขูด 30 กรัม
เกลือป่น นิดหน่อย
พริกไทยป่น นิดหน่อย
พาสลีย์สำหรับตกแต่ง นิดหน่อย

วิธีทำ
1.ตอกไข่ใส่ชามผสม
2.ใส่นมจืด เกลือป่นและพริกไทยป่น
3.ใช้ส้อมตีไข่และส่วนผสมต่างๆให้เข้ากัน พยายามอย่าให้ไข่มีฟองมาก
4.ยกกระทะตั้งเตาโดยใช้ไฟปานกลาง
5.ใส่เนยและรอให้เนยละลาย
6.ใส่ไส้กรอกโบโลน่าและปูอัดลงไปในกระทะและค่อยๆผัดจนกระทั่งปูอัดและไส้กรอกโบโลน่าร้อน
7.เทส่วนผสมไข่ใส่ลงไป ค่อยๆคนจนไข่เซ็ตตัว
8.โรยด้วยชีดขูดและรอให้ชีสละลายและไข่สุกตามแบบที่ชอบ
8.ตักข้าวสวยใส่จานและตักไข่ข้นที่เพิ่งทำเสร็จราดบนข้าวสวย
9.ตกแต่งด้วยพาร์ลี่ย์เป็นอันเสร็จค่ะ
