1/2 stick butter
EVOO
8oz cooked crawfish (save some to add on top)
11 colossal shrimp (diced 5 and added 6 for the top) season with Old bay and garlic powder
8oz claw crabmeat- season with Old Bay and garlic powder
1/2 pkg of bacon (use it's drippings)
sharp cheddar cheese
freshly grated parmesan cheese
green onion
parsley
Sauce:

12oz Heavy whipping cream
1 cup freshly grated parmesan
3 cloves fresh garlic
2 tsp Old Bay
1.5 - 2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp celery salt
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
juice from 1/2 lemon
