Most individuals with Crohn’s Disease live with an opening on the surface of their abdomen, where a portion of their colon is pulled through and sewn to their bodies. These individuals have to carry a stoma bag around, which collects faeces or urine from the bowel.

Wun Juan shared with us what it was like to be diagnosed with Crohn's Disease at the age of 13. He has been living with this condition for the past 8 years, but is determined to live a normal and active life.
