ARMENIA'S BRAIN GAIN: Episode 2 - Gyumri: Armenia's 2nd largest city
Mrs Mitch and I join my colleagues from NCIE and explore a little of Gyumri's charm and character. We also visit the Economics University and were amazed by the innovative classrooms and facilities. If you'd like to contribute to the future development of this university, please visit these links:

We also visit the oldest street in Gyumri, show you the main square and quickly visit a beautiful little cafe and bakery; Aregak Bakery and Cafe: This extraordinary business is the first inclusive bakery and café in Gyumri, and employs both youth with disabilities and mothers of youth with disabilities to bring customers excellent European-style bread, pastries, sandwiches, coffees and teas. Gyumri is Armenia's 2nd largest city and well worth a visit. It's a little over 2 hours by road from Yerevan, but you can take a modern train from the city, which is just about as quick.
Come and enjoy the wonder and splendour of Armenia; you won't be disappointed.
