Spartan Workout with Tommy B

This year we are thriving to be healthier.

To help motivate us we signed up for Spartan races in April and August. Our close-knit homeschool group jumped in to train together. Under the direction of Tommy B, we hope to become fitter and stronger. We meet weekly for spartan workouts designed by Tommy.

Some of us are just getting back in shape, but it doesn’t matter what fitness level we’re on we encourage each other to be the best we can that day.

Our kids are able to play together and watch their parents become Spartans!
